The Process
Every embroidery project starts with your artwork. Send us your logo or design and our team will review it to make sure it’s a good fit for embroidery. If your design isn’t already digitized, we offer in-house digitizing for a one-time $25 fee. Once the file is complete (typically within 24 hours), we run a stitch-out sample and send a photo proof for approval. Minor adjustments can be made before moving into full production to ensure consistent, high-quality results across every item.
Artwork & proofs
Every embroidery project begins with your artwork. You can send us a final logo, a rough file, or even a simple concept. Our team reviews the design to make sure it will translate well to embroidery and confirms sizing and placement before moving forward. Proofs are provided so you can see exactly how your design will look before production begins.
digitizing
If your logo isn’t already digitized for embroidery, we take care of that step for you. Digitizing converts your artwork into a stitch file that our embroidery machines can read. Each design is professionally digitized with stitch type, density, and direction selected based on the fabric and application. This is a one-time $25 fee, and once your file is complete, it can be reused for future orders.
sew-out samples
Before full production, we run a stitch-out sample. This allows us to test thread density, spacing, and overall balance. A photo of the stitch-out is sent for approval, and minor adjustments can be made at this stage to ensure the final product meets expectations before production begins.
